Part 1: Cultivating Emotional Awareness

Resilience begins with emotional capacity. Discover why suppressing emotions leads to burnout and disconnection—and how emotional awareness is a source of wisdom and guidance. You’ll learn:

  • The science of emotional intelligence

  • How to move through emotions instead of bypassing them

  • How to make aligned decisions using a “whole-body yes”


Part 2: Living in Alignment

Are you tired of feeling anxious about outcomes you can’t control? This session helps you release attachment to specific results and anchor yourself in your core values. You’ll learn:

  • How to release attachment to outcomes

  • How to redefine success based on your values

  • Simple mindfulness practices to embrace change and impermanence


Part 3: Learning Self-Compassion by Recognizing Your Parts

Lasting resilience is built on self-compassion and inner self-worth. Learn a practical framework for recognizing different “parts” within you that shape how you show up. You’ll learn:

  • Why self-criticism and overworking are protective strategies

  • How to recognize and understand your parts (e.g. the inner critic, perfectionist, over-achiever, people-pleaser)

  • How to build self-compassion and internal trust
