Over nearly two decades of leading Embrace, I navigated extraordinary challenges that profoundly shaped my understanding of leadership and personal transformation. Today, I draw on those experiences to help leaders deepen their self-awareness, connect with their innermost wisdom, and uncover the unconscious patterns that shape how they lead.
